MARKET LOFTS WILL OPEN DOORS TO RALPHS AND FURNISHED MODELS
Excitement is growing in anticipation of the long-awaited grand opening of Ralphs Fresh Fare, downtown LA’s first grocery store in over 50 years. Making its celebratory debut on Friday, July 20, the brand new, upscale Ralphs is located on the ground floor of Market Lofts at the corner of 9th and Flower streets in downtown’s South Park area. On Saturday, July 14, Market Lofts will unveil six professionally furnished models.
“We’re just days away from realizing all that this building brings to downtown LA,” says Donna Coulter, sales manager. “Market Lofts owners will begin moving into their lofts the first week in July, and will be able to immediately enjoy the luxury and convenience of a market just steps away plus restaurants and other activities within walking distance. As South Park’s first mixed-use building, Market Lofts is rapidly gaining recognition as the pillar of downtown’s new urbanization.”
Make plans to catch all the energy on July 14 and discover downtown’s fastest selling address. The models offer a look at the variety of floor plan choices as well as Market Lofts’ high-end appointments including stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances, granite kitchen countertops, and imported Italian cabinetry. The models will also show you how you can design the open, flex interiors to fit create your bedroom, office and living area using sliding doors, walls, or furniture to divide space.
You’ll also have the opportunity to view Market Lofts’ newly completed pool and spa. Other exclusive amenities include a fitness center, a landscaped poolside deck with BBQ, a social room with gourmet kitchen, and a screening room. There is a residents-only entrance and a lobby with three elevators.
The one- and two-bedroom lofts measure from approximately 695 sq.ft. to 1,588 sq.ft. The chic, open interiors feature high concrete ceilings with exposed ducts and pipes, pre-wiring for instant connectivity to all technology, concrete or hardwood floors (per plan), and large windows. Kitchens boast stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances, sleek imported Italian cabinetry, granite countertops and eating bars (most plans), under cabinet task lighting, recessed fluorescent lighting and contemporary accents and hardware.
Downstairs, the new Ralphs will showcase a coffee bar, a walk-in wine cellar, a crusty bread island, a full deli with a sandwich bar, a cheese and olive shop, a sushi bar, a hot bakery, plus a full-service dry cleaners and a full-service pharmacy. There will be a host of great retailers at Market Lofts including The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Quiznos Sub, the UPS Store, Robeks Juice, Cold Stone Creamery and Pastagina.
Nearby, there are over 65 restaurants, cultural venues, and entertainment close by, and Macy’s and Staples Center are just a few blocks away. Particularly noteworthy is LA Live, a New York Times Square-style sports, entertainment and retail district now underway in South Park. The spectacular Convention Center hotel consisting of Marriott and Ritz Carlton is currently being constructed. Other plans call for a 7,000 seat Nokia Theatre with a 40,000 sq.ft. open-air plaza, plus shopping, dining and entertainment galore.
Designed to flow with today’s urban pace of life, Market Lofts stands out with its unbeatable value for a superbly located urban loft and amazing starting price. One bedroom lofts at Market Lofts are priced from the low $400,000s and two-bedroom lofts are priced from the low $600,000s.
